Learn to Earn...Earn While You Learn!

Why just get a job when you can build a career in the field of electrical technology? You can be part of the industry that powers homes, our businesses and our government. And we can help you prepare yourself to earn a top-dollar income!

The Electrical Alliance offers you the practical education and hands-on experience that will put you on the road to higher pay, more benefits and a lifestyle you can be proud of. It doesn't cost thousands of dollars like college. And you don't have to take the SAT!

You'll take your classroom learning to the job site for the hands-on experience with Alliance contractors on a variety of projects in Northern Virginia, DC and Suburban and Southern Maryland. Your experience will range from electrical and telecommunications installations in large, complex new buildings, to trouble shooting and maintenance in existing buildings, to retrofitting older buildings for energy efficiency. Rotating job assignments will have you working with different people, and having different experiences, keeping your excitement level high.

And you'll get paid while you learn. The hourly rate varies with the track and increases automatically every six months until you graduate.
